I maintain rights to all work I create under my name. This includes, but is not limited to, using commissioned work in portfolios and promotional advertisements.

I maintain the right to turn down any commission order for any reason, be it public or otherwise.

I as the artist offer you, the Client, my upmost respect while working with you, and only ask for the same in return.

If commissioning 18+ nsfw please make sure you are actually 18+!

If you wish your commission remain private(i.e. not posted publicly), please let me know when submitting a form.

As the Client, you may post the artwork on your own profile, as long as credit is given and links are placed to trace back to me.

The Client may not edit their commission, tamper with, or remove any signature or logo placed upon the final piece.

If I find out you are using a character design that is NOT yours, or that you did not get permission to get artwork of a character that isn't yours, I will add you to my blacklist and not do business with you again!

I like to roll through my orders to get them to you at the quickest pace I can. Be specific on what you want, or I will take some amounts of artistic liberty in the piece. I will ask if I see something on a character's design I can't tell is a solid detail or not.
